Time Station PC Interface
Time Station PC Interface for Microsoft^® Windows^®PC Interface Allows: Easy entry of employee data, clock, shift/schedule rules via the computer. Signal control will activate up to 24 signals. Each has a variable duration and may be set by the day of the week. Use the External Buzzer or connect Control Relay to interface other signal devices. Report screens allows you to select the available reports. Edit screen allows for adding and deleting of employee punches. Export creates hours file for transfer to payroll programs. Reports
Hours Summary Time Cards Who's In, Who's Out Employee Profiles Clock Rules The Time Station stores data for the current and previous pay periods. All reports can be sorted by name, badge number, employee number, or shift. You can send reports to the Time Station printer, the computer printer, PC screen, or save to file and print or view later. Editing:
Punches which are added using the PC Interface are tagged and stored in the clock's database. Punches deleted are tagged as such yet still appear on the timecard. Deleted punches are just no longer counted in the calculations. Back to PC Interface
