| Do I have to pay sales tax? |

You only have to pay sales tax if you are shipping to a point located in the state of Florida where our home office is. If you are state exempt from paying Florida tax, please be prepared to provide us with your FL state exemption certificate number, and place your order by phone by calling 800-858-7462 M-F 9:00 AM-5:30 PM Eastern Time

If you have further questions or concerns, please contact our office at 800.858.7462. We will be glad to provide you with a copy of your sales receipt and go over the charges. |

| When will my credit appear on my account? |

We credit accounts within1- 2 business days of receiving your item(s) back in good condition, however credits may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank. |
