Time America Genesis Pro Software

The GENESIS PRO Time & Attendance system is designed to be a simple to use and cost effective time clock system which fully automates your time & attendance needs, as well as other needs such as job costing, data collection, access control, bell ringing, and much more. GENESIS PRO utilizes the latest advancements in data base programming technology to bring you the fastest and most sophisticated time & attendance data collection system. Easy, user-friendly hardware and software that make it simple to install and operate, no matter what customized features you select. Its customer selected options tailor the system to any size user.

Software Overview
Standard two user Windows platform with 250 employee limit (options for 5 to 50 users and 500, 1000, 2500 or more employee limits). Microsoft Visual FoxPro based for speed and multi-platform compatibility through an industry-standard data format. Standard file exports to major payroll systems (ADP, Ceridian, CompuPay, Intuit, Millennium, PayChex, Payroll 1, QuickBooks Pro, QuikPay, Rapid Payroll, Safeguard, Wells Fargo,  and more). Auto-Poll / Auto-Report automates the system to an even higher degree. Multi-level passwords for limiting users to certain tasks or employee groups. Polls an unlimited number of  TA715,  TA785, or HandPunch time clock terminals PC Clock option allows any workstation on your network to act as a time clock (multi-user option required) WebClock option allows employees to Clock In/Out via web browser, view their timecard, benefits, schedule, status board PDA Clock option allows an unlimited number of PDA's to be used fro employee clocking. Enhanced PDA Clock option allows 5 PDA definitions, multiple employee clocking, uploaded employee list, dept and job lists. Allows cross punching on multiple time clocks. Print dept./job costing bar-codes right from Genesis Pro Email reports using SMTP (Small Mail Transfer Protocol), even supports email accounts such as yahoo, hotmail, etc. Save reports to file in Adobe Acrobat PDF format Reviewer allows each employee to review their timecard, schedule, and benefits from a workstation. Timesheet allows salaried employees to enter times via a timesheet from a workstation. Save reports in formatted ACSII text file. Edit and report times in am/pm hours Backup utility redesigned using zip format Filter employee list by group or division Restrict individual employees from using PC Clock. Time card approval indicator Status board of employees In, Out, or at Lunch Task Organizer-Helps organize your daily, pay period, monthly, and annual time system tasks. Holiday Groups-create up to 99 holiday groups to assign to employees. Schedule Override- Quickly change employee's scheduled start and stop times on the fly. Support of HandPunch series clocks is now standard Easier time editing Auto-Process can run as a service on Windows 2000, Windows XP, however  data/program must be on local Windows drive. Minimum Computer System Requirements
Pentium 1 GHz or faster PC compatible computer Windows 98/NT/2000/ME/XP  operating system 256 MB RAM (512 MB RAM or more recommended) 500 Mb of available hard disk space or more for programs and data. 10 Mb free remaining to run application temp files. Additional drive space may be required based on the number of employees, amount of historical information kept on file, and other application factors. REQUIRES SCREEN RESOLUTION OF  800 x 600 OR HIGHER Serial port COM 1 thru 8 for clock RS232, RS485, or modem communications USB port available for system key (copy protection key) Printer (laser printer recommended) Mouse or other pointing device CD drive (for loading of program) These are MINIMUM requirements only! Faster processor speed, additional memory and drive space is recommended as the number of employees increases. Network installations require a minimum 10Mbps or faster connection.  Network connections across Dial-up, ISDN, DSL, or T1 lines will not be sufficient for normal operations.
