An
additional charge of $2.00 per image (for cropping, resizing, or formatting) will apply
to any image submitted not meeting
specifications. Any additional artwork, typesetting, or design work is charged at $60.00 per hour. |
* Logo should be 300 pixels for each 1" of desired height or width (e.g. a 300 x 300
pixel image will be printed as 1 inch by 1 inch.) Image should be line art (no gray scale)
or prescreened for printing in monochrome. Images should be true color (24 bit) if
printing in color. Image file submitted should be JPG format. |
** Employee information to be included such as first name, last name, employee number,
hire date, etc. should be submitted as an Excel file. File should be named (your company
name).xls. Call for other file types supported. Click here for a sample Excel file you can fill in. |
*** Employee image files should be 300 pixels for each 1" of desired height or width
(e.g. a 300 x 300 pixel image will be printed as 1 inch by 1 inch.) More
importantly the aspect ratio (proportions) of all images submitted must be the same.
EXACT image names must be referenced in the Excel file submitted. The individual
files should be of the JPG file type in full color. Files should be named
with the employee number.jpg (e.g. 12345.jpg) or employee name.jpg such as John Smith.jpg
and must be referenced in the Excel file exactly as they are named.
